EmpowHer Box began when I decided to create journals for my children to help them manage their emotions. I soon realised that there is a lack of resources for children’s mental health and that there could be so many Mum's needing resources like I was creating for their little ones mindset too! We are now on a mission to spread the word about Mental Wellbeing for ALL far and wide, and we will not stop until we have done just that!

I joined EmpowHer Box because I suffer with mental health myself, and I think the journals are such a great idea to manage it. I've used a journal to manage my emotions and jot down my gratitude since lockdown. It has really helped me. I feel everyone needs journaling in their life, and I'll shout about it from the rooftops! I'm so excited to be part of this opportunity!

When I got asked to lead in EmpowHer Box, I knew this was my calling. My passion for mental health, my passion to support and empower women, also to have an input in supporting SEN Children just makes my heart burst.
This is truly my world and to be part of it in its early stages and watch it grow hopefully for many years to come.

I joined EmpowHer Box because I loved how there is an emphasis on Mental Health and how to help this issue.
I have suffered from mental health issues for nearly 3 years after my youngest was born with a rare genetic disorder and consistently being in and out of hospital.
I also think it's amazing that not only does EmpowHer Box cater for adults it also supports children's mental health and empowerment. This is amazing as it helps bring a generation up that's used to looking after their mental health from a young age and hopefully making it a lot easier for them.

I truly love this company for its values, its mission, and the incredible products it offers - there’s no other company I know of that combines mental wellness for both adults and children in such a meaningful way.
I love helping others, and even if it’s just one person I reach in a day, it all makes a difference. The feeling of being part of such a supportive, inspiring community is beyond rewarding. This is more than a role - it’s a purpose.
